I finished Mockingjay at long last, and I definitely have some Thoughts about it, but I'm not up to writing on it in detail just now. ( So 600 words will have to do. (Vague spoilers, more character-related than plot.) )

All right then.

I just finished listening to The Hunger Games, and... wow. Just, wow. I don't have the words to describe the power of the story; if anybody hasn't read it, do so now -- but be prepared to get sucked in for twelve hours, more or less continuously, and to not be able to stop thinking about it once you're done.
